Fulfilling the obligation to implement the regulations regarding the protection of people reporting violations of law in accordance with the Act, we enable reporting violations through the following communication channels:

  • form for registration of reports: dajznac.laguna.pl
  • e-mail: dajznac@laguna.pl
  • report by letter to the following address: Laguna Fabryka Okuć S.A. ul. Maszynowa 32a, 80-298 Gdansk with the note: “Let us know”

The available channels for communicating about violations are in line with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting violations of European Union law.

GDPR information clause for whistleblowers

In fulfilling the information obligation resulting from the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU. L. of 2016, No. 119, p. 1) – hereinafter referred to as GDPR, we inform you that: 

The administrator of your personal data is Laguna Fabryka Okuć S.A. with its registered office in Gdansk, e-mail address: ado@laguna.pl You can contact the Administrator in matters related to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights under GDPR using the above contact details. Your personal data will be processed for purposes related to reported cases of violation of law, based on: the obligation of the legitimate interest of the administrator, which is to receive, verify and explain reports of violations of law (in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR) /or voluntary consent, if you do not decide to remain anonymous (in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 letter a of the GDPR). 

Your personal data will be processed for a period of 5 years.

The administrator ensures the confidentiality of your data, in connection with the received report. Therefore, the data can only be made available to entities authorized to do so under the law, and entities to which the administrator has entrusted the processing of data in order to fulfill obligations, agreements.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, as well as to rectify (correct) them. You also have the right to request deletion or restriction of processing, as well as to object to processing, but this is only possible if further processing is not necessary for the Administrator to fulfill its legal obligation and there are no other overriding legal grounds for processing.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. You have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing carried out by the Administrator with the President of the UODO (uodo.gov.pl).

Your data will not be subject to profiling or automated decision-making. Providing data is voluntary.
